SERVICE AND SUPPORT  
WARRANTY POLICY OF CONNECTLAND TECHNOLOGY LTD .

1.)

CUSTOMER MUST FILL IN THIS WARRANTY CARD WHEN WARRANTY SERVICE IS REQUESTED DURING WARRANTY PERIOD.

2.) IN CASE OF DEFECTED PRODUCTS ARE FOUNDED, CUSTOMERS CAN RETURN THE "DEFECTED PRODUCT" TOGETHER WITH IT'S "ORIGINAL PACKING" WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO THE RETAIL OUTLET FOR EXCHANGE.
  CUSTOMERS ARE OBLIGED TO REGISTER AT CONNECTLAND TECHNOLOGY LTD. FOR THE WARRANTY SERVICES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ONE YEAR WARRANTY SERVICE.
3.)

THIS WARRANTY CARD WILL BE TREATED AS VOID IF:

a the warranty card is not properly filled
b the product is damaged in transit or misused after your purchase;
c the product has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with the instruction furnished by
the manufacturer or authorized distributor;
d

any repair or modification other than the authorized distributor has been carried out on the product;

e the product is damaged in natural disaster;
f

the product is not registered at CONNECTLAND TECHNOLOGY LTD. within 7 days after purchased.

3.)

PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRODUCED IF REQUEST BY CONNECTLAND TECHNOLOGY LTD. TO SUBSTANTIATE DATE OF

PURCHASE. SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT CONTAINING THE NAME OF THE DEALER & THE SERIAL
NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT.
4.) ANY COSTS OF TRANSPORT IS ON ACCOUNT OF PURCHASER.
5.) WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THOSE DAMAGES DUE TO :
a operation which is not specified on the user's manual;
b

case, power card and all cables

c faulty voltage supply, fire, flood or any other will-of-god.
6.) Warranty does not include :
 
a the damage done to other equipment used in conjuction with this product
b

damage owing to crash /abuse usage and negligence

c usage out of our assigned areas
d repairing carry out by unauthorized agents
e improper installation/ incorrect voltage
f problem arising from adding extra computer peripherals
g fire, flood or any natural disasters
7.)

LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE MAY BE OBTAINED BY DELIVERING THIS PRODUCT TO AN AUTHORIZED CONNECTLAND

TECHNOLOGY LTD. DEALER ALONG WITH PROOF OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT.
8.)

PLEASE RETURN FAULTY PRODUCT IN ORIGINAL PROTECTIVE PACKAGING TO ENSURE AGAINST PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

9.) A TESTING CHARGE WILL BE MADE IF CONNECTLAND TECHNOLOGY LTD. TECHNICIANS FIND THE PRODUCT TO BE IN PROPER
WORKING ORDER.
